Our Mission
Our mission is to provide high-quality, service-oriented and evidence-based physical therapy and wellness to improve each individual’s physical health by restoring function to the CORE of the body and empowering each person to achieve optimum wellness of body, mind and spirit.

Our clinic was founded to create a safe and healing environment where all are welcome! We follow the Golden Rule, treating others as we would want to be treated, and more like how we treat our family. Our physical therapists have over 30 years of combined experience to provide results-driven and compassionate expert care.

We provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing highly effective, hands-on techniques, and a holistic approach to treating the entire person for a more complete and lasting effect to return to the pain free and active lifestlye you desire. At our clinic, you won't be handed off to techs or assistants, you won't be bounced between different therapists, and you won't receive treatment from someone treating other patients at the same time. Your care will never be dictated by what an insurance company will or will not pay for and you will get the full attention of your physical therapist for the entire time you are under our team's expert care.

Practice Owner and Founder
Wonderful place -- from my first step through the door to the relaxing scent of apples, the calm attitudes, the caring staff. Everyone is super friendly. My first experience with dry needling, so I didn't know what to expect. Full assessment before any treatment, with even fuller explanation of what the remedy would be, and I learned my problem stems from pelvis not hip. What a difference it all makes. I left with printed out and very clear exercises , and as ense of well being. Love love this place!!
